The inquiry form lets you request the free 20-minute Fit Review, or express interest in the Revenue Leakage Audit if your records support it, or the Revenue Tracking Foundation. Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a purchase.

We send text messages only to people who provide separate consent through this site or directly to our staff. If you opt in, you agree that Revenue Refit may send messages about your inquiry, scheduling, appointment changes, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. We do not promise that text messages will be delivered, timely, or error-free. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Submitting an inquiry — whether for the free 20-minute Fit Review, the Revenue Leakage Audit, or the Revenue Tracking Foundation — does not create a purchase, a binding engagement, or any obligation for either party. This site does not accept online payments.

Any paid audit or implementation work requires a separate written agreement between you and LMNTS LLC. That agreement controls scope, fees, timing, confidentiality, cancellation, refunds, and data handling. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Prices, packages, turnaround times, and availability described on this site may change before an agreement is signed.

We do not promise or guarantee recovered revenue, cost savings, performance improvements, completeness of findings, or any particular business result. Any figures, examples, or illustrative visuals on this site are for explanation only and are not projections, commitments, or representations about your business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. You represent that you have the authority to provide any business data you share with us and that doing so does not violate any agreement, policy, or law that applies to you.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, customer lists, exports, or other sensitive operational records through this form. Access to your systems or records — and the handling of any audit-related operational or customer data — is arranged only under a separate written agreement and an agreed access plan.

The site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, brand marks, and images — are owned by LMNTS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• submit false, impersonating, or automated form submissions;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or contact information from the site;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or its security features, including through excessive automated requests; or

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMNTS LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid us for services rendered in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold LMNTS LLC harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use or misuse of the site, or from your violation of the rights of any third party in connection with your use of the site or the information you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for disputes arising under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the most recent version, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
