Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LMNTS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates this website under the Revenue Refit name, handles information in connection with this website and the inquiry form on it.
1. Information you submit voluntarily
The only personal information we collect directly from you is what you choose to enter in the inquiry form. That form asks for:
- your name and business email address;
- your business phone number;
- whether you separately chose to receive text messages, together with the time and source of that choice;
- your company name;
- operational details about your business, including your trade, the approximate number of technicians or trucks, the CRM or scheduling software you use, and any description you provide of where you suspect revenue is leaking; and
- your preferred next step (the free 20-minute Fit Review, the Revenue Leakage Audit if your records support it, or the Revenue Tracking Foundation).
- where you would like us to begin (you already know where revenue is leaking, or you need help finding or measuring it).
You decide what to include. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, customer records, or confidential third-party data through the form.
Operational or customer data relating to an audit is not collected through this public inquiry form. Any access to your systems, records, or exports is arranged only under a separate written agreement and an agreed access plan.
2. Technical and submission context
Along with your submission, we record limited context:
- the page address (source URL) where the form was submitted;
- the referring address, if your browser sends one;
- campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term);
- aggregated, anonymous page and funnel-event information, such as page, referrer, campaign tag, broad country, device type, and browser type;
- a submission ID used to prevent duplicate records from repeated clicks; and
- a hidden field (a “honeypot”) that is invisible to people and is used only to detect automated form abuse.
Your IP address is used only transiently, in server memory, to apply a basic submission rate limit that protects the form from abuse. We do not store your IP address with your inquiry.
3. How we use this information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it;
- prepare for the review or audit you requested;
- protect the form and website from automated abuse and spam;
- prevent duplicate submissions; and
- understand, in general terms, which sources bring visitors and inquiries to the site and how visitors move through the review-request flow.
4. Where information is stored
Inquiry submissions are currently stored in a database hosted on Supabase that is controlled by LMNTS LLC. Access is restricted to server-side credentials held by us; website visitors cannot read, change, or delete stored inquiries.
5. Text messages and your choices
Text messages are optional. If you check the separate SMS consent box, we may send messages about your inquiry, scheduling, appointment changes, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance. We record opt-out requests and do not send further automated text messages to that number unless you later provide a new, documented opt-in.
6. Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf or receive technical request data as part of delivering the site:
- our website hosting provider, which serves the pages you view;
- Vercel Web Analytics, which provides aggregated site traffic and funnel statistics without third-party cookies or cross-site tracking;
- Vercel Speed Insights, which provides anonymous page-load performance statistics that are not tied to an individual visitor or browsing session;
- Supabase, which hosts the database where inquiries are stored; and
- Twilio, if you opt in to text messages, which delivers and reports on those messages; and
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site and, like any web request, receives technical request information such as your IP address, browser, and the page requesting the font.
7. No sale of personal data or targeted advertising
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. This site uses no advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous, aggregated traffic and funnel statistics that are not tied to your name, email address, phone number, or a cross-site browsing profile. Vercel Speed Insights provides anonymous page-load performance statistics and does not identify individual visitors or reconstruct browsing sessions.
8. What this site does not do
This site does not process payments and has no checkout. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no file uploads, and no customer portal. The inquiry form is the only place you can submit information to us here.
9. Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide any services you request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the security and integrity of our systems. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including server-only access to the inquiry database, validation and size limits on submissions, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act — may give you the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and access it;
- correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided to us;
- opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (we do not engage in these activities); and
- appeal a decision we make about a rights request.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details below and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity, and may ask for information that helps us match your request to a record we hold; we use that information only to process the request. We respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome of the appeal.
12. Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or applicable law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
